Pro Tools Le comparability with Focusrite saffire souncard

i got new soundcard: Focusrite saffire pro24 dsp-connected with my mac via fireware cable, when i lunch pro tools -window comes up: Unable to locate Digidesigne hardware.Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on.click ''OK'' when the hardware is ready.----- so i install cd MIX controll came with focusrite - and tryd to change 44.1kz or 48 kz.. and click OK but he does not recognize it- i just click cancel and everything despairs :(
