I have Pro Tools 10 installed on my Gateway PC running Windows 8. Everything works perfectly with the software except for when I attempt to bounce any tracks to Mp3. I get the "Failed to initialize...." error and that Mp3 options may be expired.
All of my drivers are up to date (Updated from PaceAp, they were more updated) and were installed after any plug-ins and not before. There is nothing wrong with the iLok and everything else seems to be working perfectly correct.
I have read dozens of articles but yet there is no soloution that I could find.
I could just export and then convert with iTunes, but I would rather use Pro Tools merely because I have been exporting my tracks this way for years now. I do not like changing my routine procedure.
Please, anyone whom may have had this issue before, help me. I really need to get this promotional album out to all of my fans!
