How am I supposed to get the free upgrade to PT11?

Hi everybody,

I've been looking eveywhere on the avid website, on the forum and can't seem to find a way to access my free upgrade.

I bought PT10 Student version a couple of months ago, registered it, and I am supposed to be entitled to a free upgrade (4 years policy) but didn't receive an email, nor I can access support without having to pay, or find any info on the faq's, or hundreds of pages on the website.

Am I doing anything wrong, or can anyone let me know what I should do or whom should I get in touch with?
