Getting screen to track with recording and playback

Hello-

On the Pro Tools Express edit screen, I would like to know how to get the waveform display in the track to follow along with recording/playback. Currently, it records/plays to the edge of the screen, but the screen doesn't adjust to follow the record/playback "head." I would like to see where I am at all times rather than having to scroll across to find the "head." Thanks.
