Love the Tools but my Master Volume knob is way too loose

I finally got to HD11-Heaven and dont want part with my Mbox Pro just yet.
Can my Warranty repairs wait? How long have I got to make a claim?
(The Volume Knob still works, but it shouldnt be as loose as it is)
Does my Product Registration include a free Support Code? If so, where do I find it?
To minimise down-time, Id like to get the Volume knob repaired locally.
