PT10.3.6: gain; time comp/exp & other plug-ins not working

PT10.3.5: Could not use gain, normalize and other plug-ins in AudioSuite.
PT10.3.6: Upgraded thinking those issues were fixed in this version
but apparently not… plug-ins still not functioning.

[AudioSuite Gain, Time Comp/Expan and other plug-ins do not function when the "Render" button is engaged to process a selected audio clip.]

EQ3 7-band and Dyn3 Comp/Lim are both functioning as RTAS inserts.
