Problem with I/O & Digi003

I hope all is well with you guys. I'm having a problem getting PT11 to "see" my Digi003 and the Inputs. It's not seeing the Digi003 in the "Playback Engine" box and even with other I/O devices the Inputs are greyed out and not selectable.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated....
