Eleven AAX (DSP) & Midi CC's

I recently upgraded to HDX Pro Tools 10.3.6/11.0.1. I have not been able to get the Avid Eleven AAX (DSP) plug-in to accept Midi CC's. However, when I switch is to AAX Native it does. Anyone else experiencing this?
