Hi Guys,
We have a HD Native thunderbolt sys in our B room connected to a new iMac and Omni interface. Just recently, mid session protools crashes saying that it's lost communication with the interface / clock or sync issues. When I look over at the HD native box, the power light (the little red one on the left hand side) is off. If I unplug the box and re-plug it back in it doesn't come back on.. I have to unplug the box (from the HD Omni as well) turn everything off, then turn it back on...
Haven't been able to find anything else on the old inter web about this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
