Problems updating to 10.3.3

Ok so I un installed PT 10.3.2 which I have been on for awhile. I downloaded 10.3.3. Hit application button after downloading, takes like 15 minutes for the Pro Tools splash screen to finally show. Click on install Pro Tools. It goes through its process, which as we all know takes awhile. It finishes and says Pro Tools needs to restart for changes to take affect. Heres where the real problem comes in. Computer restarts and gets to the Windows splash screen, then computer goes black and monitor says "no input" yet computer is still running. Turn off computer, turn back on.....same thing happens. Do a system restore, everything works fine again except now Im on 10.3.2 again. So I download the 10.3.3 from my Avid account instead and try to install again. The exact same thing happens. Monitor cuts out on Windows splash screen. Does anyone have any clue of what is going on here? Im on my 3rd attempt and I just cant get 10.3.3 installed.

Edit after installing Pro Tools 10.3.3 again, I decided to not re boot and try to open it. It scanned all plug ins and got to the very last thing before opening and I got this error: Could not allocate memory for the disk cache. Try lowering your disk buffer (DAE Buffer), disk cache size, or engine voice count. If you got this error on launch, delete your prefs and try again (-9514). So I used the Trasher to delete prefs and same error came up again. I dont get it. Ive used PT 8, PT 9 (with all updates), and PT 10 (10. , 10.2, 10.3.2) all with no installation problems. Nothing new added to computer either. Im stumped.
