Pro Tools 10 not launching using windows 7

Having issues launching PT 10 on my windows 7 desktop.. Was working fine until a few days ago... Have been using it since 10/2012. When opening it shows loading then just shuts down after about 4 to 5 seconds.... i Have tried uninstalling PT and reinstalling to no avail..... Can anyone please assist????? #frustrated.....
