Analog mixers

It's No secret that we all LOVE Analog Stuff!!

I have been doing lot's of research on analog mixers.

Basically I'm trying to find the best analog mixer I can get for around $3k to $4k.

Here is what I am looking for in an analog mixer:
Good Pres
Good Eq's

Compressor on each channel would be AWESOME but honestly I have Never Seen a low budget mixer that has compressors on individual channels, if you know of a low budget mixer that has compressors PLEASE SHARE!!

8+ channels is fine. I can work with whatever channels, it's the sound I am interested in and not the amount of channels/aux and all that other stuff.


ANY SUGGESTIONS?!
