I just bought a new MacBook Pro and I'm getting ready to upgrade to ProTools 10. A few questions. Do I need to make another Partition on my hard drive so protools sees it as a separate hard drive(as suggested on older computers)? I was told that the operating system on the new MacBook Pro's is on a hidden partition, so in reality, it sounds like it's already on a separate partition. 2nd, do I HAVE to use an iLok Key to make it work, or can this be done internally? The Mac Book Pro only has 2 USB Ports and I hate to have to burn one up. (And I hate to have to spend ANOTHER $50 for the Key on top of what I paid for the program!) Thanks!
