Core Audio 003

After installing 10.3.4 and associated files (listed below), I can no longer get audio from the Mac to use the core audio driver to play through the monitors (from iTunes, quicktime, web etc...)

Here is the process I used:
uninstalled of 10.2.0 and installed 10.3.4
1.) Uninstall of PT 10.2
2.) Installed 003_and_003_Driver_10_3_3_installer_78629
3.) Installed PT 10_3_4
4.) Installed Avid_Virtual_Instruments_10_3_installer_77520
