PT10 - transport buttons not working

Hi, I just installed Pro Tools 10 and the dedicated transport buttons on my MC Control don't seem to work. They work in Cubase, just not PT. If I assign a Eucon 'play' command to one of the soft buttons it does play in Pro Tools, just not from the dedicated buttons by the jog wheel.
I'm on Window 7 64 bit.
Has anyone had any similar issue and/or solved it?
