Okay, now things are just getting weird! I've recorded mono audio tracks many times with PT. But, last night, when I set up an mono audio track to record my daughter singing a little ditty, and I went to record arm the track, I got this weird message telling me that it couldn't record the track because there was no input or output set. Huh? Even weirder...When I tried using a stereo track, I could...but it only recorded to the right channel. Which was fine...since I wanted mono anyway. But what the heck? I haven't changed a thing in my I/O set up in months! I have two interfaces I use, my MBox 2 Mini (the main one), and my Yahama Motif XS 8. I only use the latter when I want to lay down audio tracks via Firewire directly from the Motif.
I've been set up this way for months. No problems. No problems with mono audio tracks, either. Then this.
I tried reinstalling my Mbox driver, but that changed nothing.
I did upgrade to 10.3.5 from 10.3.2 earlier today. But that didn't fix anything either.
