QuickTime MOV Exported from Pro Tools Will Not Process at YouTube?

I have uploaded a video 2 times over the past 12 hours exported from ProTools 10.3.3 and after upload I get the following message, "The video has failed to process". I am on a Mac with OS 10.6.8. The first time I tried to upload I used Safari - after upload, it failed to process. Then, in accordance with YouTube's supported browsers, I used FireFox 15.0.1. What do I need to do differently? Can anyone assist me? Specs for the QuickTime "mov" are as follows:

Format: Apple Intermediate Codec, 1440 x 1080 (1888 x 1062), Millions
16-bit Integer (Big Endian), Stereo, 44.100 kHz

FTS: 29.97

Data Size: 3.62 GB

Data Rate: 97.42 Mbit/s
